Overview: Our client is seeking a Senior RF Systems Engineer to join a leading engineering team developing innovative communications technology. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical leadership in resolving assembly, production test, and integration challenges for advanced RF/Microwave products. Key Responsibilities: * Senior RF Systems Engineer will serve as the technical expert on assigned production products, manufacturing processes, and test systems * Lead cross-functional efforts to improve test yields, throughput, capacity, and product quality * Troubleshoot issues down to the circuit card and component levels; Conduct failure trend analysis and implement corrective actions * Prepare test failure and root cause analysis reports * As a Senior RF Systems Engineer, you will collaborate with design engineering on sustaining production efforts * Providing technical support for the entire product test process - board level through top-level test * Provide technical input for proposals and follow-on production planning
