Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

Acting as a member of the European Reward team, assists and supports the development, implementation and administration of Compensation and Benefits policies and programmes across Europe.

Take ownership and accountability of service and performance, constantly finding ways of improving the service to deliver strong performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support and champion TJX Europe Reward strategy and philosophyAct as a point of contact for Reward related queries, ensuring timely and accurate support to internal stakeholdersConduct market reviews and benchmarking analysis by collecting relevant data from multiple sourcesProduce detailed data analysis, modelling, and evaluation exercise and prepares accurate reports to support compensation related decision makingSupport the development of Salary Structures and Ranges and maintain the Country Job Matrices and other Reward templatesManage the annual compensation programs, systems and processes across Europe, including, but not limited to, pay reviews, long- and short-term incentive plans and stock option administrationMonitor and support compliance with the European Pay Transparency DirectiveAssist completing annual Gender Pay Gap Reporting  Keeping up to date with country specific reporting requirements and assisting in the development of transparency-related compensation processesCreate and present reward insights to key stakeholdersManage the salary and benefits survey process, including representation at the regional survey’s meetings and job matching sessions; submission and verification of the data, and results analysis using appropriate tools and softwareConduct job evaluations using tools such as the Willis Towers Watson Global Grading SystemSupport the monthly, quarterly Exec update with key insights and analyticsSupport the European benefits programmesShare knowledge across the team and ensure the team is upskilled on processesSupport and upskill the Reward Analysts and Reward Coordinator in the teamDevelop effective working relationship with HRBPs, the HR community, business managers, global total rewards and third-party providersSupport ad hoc projects and other Reward initiatives

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Degree Level or equivalent experienceAdvanced Excel skills essentialAnother European language an advantageHigh level of numeracy and statisticsStrong communication and presentation skillsKnowledge of job evaluation.Strong analytical skillsOrganised, accurate and with very strong focus on attention to detailAbility to use initiative, generating innovative ideas and providing effective solutionsAble to respond quickly and effectively to customer needsAbility to work under pressure to tight deadlinesHR Information Systems experience desirableAbility to handle highly confidential data without prejudiceProven compensation and benefits experience requiredFlexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business and work circumstances.As proud as we are of our past success, it’s our future that excites us most.
