Our National Billing Center has an immediate career opportunity for a qualified Revenue Analyst with DHL. This important role will be responsible for developing, recommending, and implementing policies and procedures for investigating and evaluating new and existing customer creditworthiness, extending or revoking credit lines/limits, and collecting on overdue accounts.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinating with sales or other divisions in the resolution of billing disputes that affect the ability to collect receivablesCarry out collection activities within established global guidelinesAccount reconciliationMaintain required levels of customer contactsEffectively manage customer conference callsDevelops and maintains customer relationshipsMonitors and contacts past due accounts to arrange for paymentsCoordinates with Sales, Pricing and other internal departments to resolve customer disputes over invoicing related to contractual agreementsDetermine course of action to recover outstanding payment of problematic accountsMaintain balance between trustful relationships and ensuring timely paymentsProvide thorough and accurate documentation of customer accountsUtilize judgement to analyze a customer’s ability to paySkills and Qualifications:Intermediate-level professional contributorExcel proficiencyExcellent verbal and written communicationTypically requires BS/BA in related discipline and 2-5 years’ experience in related field or MS/MA and generally 1-3 years of experience in related fieldProfessional certification is required in some areasEmployee Benefits
