Meet Our Team:

The Resource Management team, which sits in Amsterdam, NL and Poland, is an energetic and eclectic team who works collaboratively to support the EMEA Consulting organisation.

The Resource Manager is responsible for the overall staffing of project needs across EMEA by utilizing local EMEA Consultants, our Nearshore Team and Subcontractors. He or she will work closely together with the Consulting Managers to drive continued growth of the organization as well as with business partners to cover additional demands. Offers assistance and thought leadership to organizational process improvements.

What You'll Do at Pega: Staff projects across EMEA and work together with international teamsProvide thought leadership on developing and improving effectiveness of the staffing process and related decisionsUse strategic planning to manage consulting team size and skills to align to business forecasting for the verticals.Analyze staffing and forecast data to anticipate future trends and inform staffing decisions and strategies.
 Who You Are:

The ideal candidate will have business savvy and commercial awareness, with strong planning and resource management skills preferable in an IT company.
