Inviting applications for the role of Senior Researcher

Skills – Genpact LLC seeks Senior Researcher (multiple positions) in Danville, IL to gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and issues. Analyze and optimize operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Identify areas for improvement and optimization within processes. Implement all the changes necessary to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Use data to develop new initiatives. Develop operational plans. Develop smaller projects to implement improvements within processes. Create reports on performance, document procedures. Communicate and collaborate with different departments, cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and plan execution. Create and manage strategic partnerships. Analyze operational budget. Create budget plans, forecast finances, and manage risks. Contribute to overall operational success. Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations. Ensure compliance with processes and procedures. Use operational improvement strategies. Use financial analysis techniques.

Education – Position requires a Master’s degree in a Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Engineering (all), or related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in a Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Engineering (all), or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience in the job offered or a related occupation is acceptable. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position headquartered in Danville, IL with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with approximately 30% of travel required. $127,338 to $133,704 per year.

 The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $127,338 to $133,704. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
