Senior Research & Insights Strategist

Culture, growth and wellbeing underline all aspects of Publicis Global Delivery. \#WeArePGD **Overview** The Senior Research & Insights Strategist is responsible for providing day-to-day support to our team with efficient, thorough, and thoughtful market data analysis and research that serves as the foundation for insights-driven advertising campaigns and the development of digital products and services. Is also in charge of training new hires during the ramp-up process, giving follow-up to the group of analysts in the team, and providing ongoing training to team members to develop the capability. **Responsibilities** • Creation of Kantar reports based on client needs. • Creation of dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, reports, pivot tables, deep dives, etc. The client might request in short notice. • Deep understanding in data mark points and insights. • Ease of identifying problems in data processing and ability to improve the process of data organization. • Creation of insights for our customers to understand market and competitor behavior. • Creation of clear, organized, and well-designed presentations. • Report optimization and automation. • Constant communication with onshore and the different strategy teams. • Conduct competitive intelligence by reviewing competitors' digital experience, brand messaging, channel strategy, creative approach and synthesize and present key findings and observations • Analyze findings regarding site and app experiences including navigation and wayfinding mechanisms, relevant content, features and functionalities, UI design, and messaging. • Support the development of several project frameworks and deliverables including competitive analysis, personas, target audiences, consumer journeys, experience ecosystems, among others • Analyze the provided data and reporting to inform the performance and development of digital experiences. • Develop and implement quantitative primary research, which include assisting in survey design, programming, managing research partners, data analysis, among others. • Develop and analyze qualitative primary research, such as reviewing focus group footage, interview transcripts, usability testing among others, to summarize and present key findings and observations • Provide insights, key findings and observations derived from competitive analyses, analytics, and market research results to support and drive user experience of key clients. • Partner actively with strategy teams to maximize insights derived from analytics and key findings applied to the development of marketing programs. • Create clear, organized, and well-designed presentations to share-out research summaries and findings with key teammates and clients. • Accountable for all reporting/tracking files and maintain process documentation up to date. **Qualifications** • 3-4 years of work experience preferred, in marketing or research team, business analyst or reporting. • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills. • Fluent in English C1 or higher. • Advance Knowledge with MS Office applications like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point. • Ability to turn around high-quality work on quick timelines, and to proactively coordinate your workload with managers and team members. • Curious, inquisitive personality that leaves no stone unturned when gathering research and information • Customer service and client facing and working with external teams • Leadership and abilities oriented to share knowledge GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS /KNOWLEDGE: • Expert in KANTAR Media Products Knowledge, Ispot, Adbeat, Nielsen, Adgooroo, Shareable, Strategy, Adscope. • Experience in Digital advertising principles (Channels, Strategy Objectives, KPIs, Vocabulary & terminology). • Expert in spreadsheet manipulation for reports and data cleansing. • Experience in understanding metrics and dimensions in digital marketing. • Experience in highlight key learnings and translating those learnings into actionable recommendations. • Experience in GWI, MRI. • Expert in the use of Data visualization tools (Datorama, Tableau, Data Studio, etc...) • Experience in with competitive content gap analysis and content strategies. • Expert in creating advanced segment analysis reports and report automation. • Expert with strategic insights elaboration and developing/improving process. • Ability to train and/or teach others.
