We are now looking for

Senior Requirement Specialists, Embedded Applications

to join our team in Hyvinkää, Finland and help us build and develop embedded applications for our onsite devices. Our team specializes in developing customized SW solutions for demanding customer needs.

What is our challenge for you?

In this role of Senior Requirement Specialist, you will analyze customer requests and needs and create software solutions proposals to fulfill those. You will produce feature descriptions and software feature requirements. You will also take part in customized software feature tendering process by making effort- and cost estimates.

Main responsibilities

Analyze and clarify customer requirementsPropose solutions to customers’ requestsDesing and creating feature description documentsWrite software requirements and use casesFacilitate customized SW delivery analysis and planning meetingsCollaborating with software experts to find the best solutions to customer needs

To be successful in this role, you should have

5+ years of experience in complex embedded software systems, preferably in the elevator domainExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to understand complex technical systemsAbility to write clear and easily understandable technical documentsFamiliarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Jama ToolsInterest in utilizing new AI tools in daily work

We offer flexible working time, remote working opportunities and we also support commuting to work. In this role, you can work from our Hyvinkää office as a primary location. We have a hybrid working model where you can work remotely a few days a week
