This position is non patient facing*** **SUMMARY OF POSITION:** Under the direction of the Team Manager, the Senior Associate will be responsible for ensuring quality, productivity, and an even-flow of work on a daily basis. The Senior Associate will also be responsible for assessing, assigning, and monitoring daily workload, providing higher-level customer service, acting as a preceptor for all new staff and serving as a resource for issues for individuals within and outside our department. The Senior Associate will also assist in developing and maintaining policies and procedures, participates in special projects and is a technical resource for the team to include full knowledge of billing systems and total revenue cycle operations. High school diploma or GED plus 3 years job related experience required OR Associates Degree plus 1 year job related experience required.
