Senior Representative, Private Pay Omnicare (Remote)

As a Private Pay Researcher you will be responsible for monitoring and researching billable insurance on patient accounts in a long-term care setting. This role is essential to ensuring patient financial services are handled properly. The Private Pay Researcher position is responsible for resolving any resident billing questions or concerns. **Key Responsibilities** + Conduct inbound and outbound calls to reconcile account issues and outstanding account balances. + Serve as a primary point of contact for long-term care residents, responsible parties, and facilities. + Research and verify billing, insurance, and coding details for patient accounts. + Update and maintain account documentation within designated work queues. + Review account status and take appropriate action to ensure accuracy and progress. + Handle inbound calls to assist with billing inquiries and account resolution. + Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies. + Process payments and perform post-payment follow-up. + Support corporate initiatives and participate in campaign strategies led by leadership. **Required Qualifications** + 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in high-volume environments. + Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). + Ability to navigate and work across multiple systems and software platforms. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** + Previous experience in healthcare billing or long-term care settings. + Familiarity with insurance verification and account reconciliation processes. + Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. **Education** + Verifiable High School Diploma or GED (Required) **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $35.29 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
