AAA Club Alliance (ACA) is hiring for a Senior Representative to join our HR Shared Services team! The Senior Representative is responsible for performing administrative, moderately complex transactional, and data/records management activities in support of Associate onboarding and other HR functions. The main area of responsibility is to serve as a resource to management and employees in supporting onboarding and operational activities.
This position offers a work-from-home schedule, however, the selected candidate must reside within a commutable distance to our Wilmington, DE office for on-site work as needed (2 days per week initially).

Processes onboarding transactions in Workday such as, but not limited to, updating, and editing personnel data, manual hires, etc. Audits new hire data for accuracy.Conducts onboarding process for incoming Associates including initiating and monitoring pre-employment screening.Serves as a resource for candidates and new hires.Reviews dashboard metrics daily to optimize efficiency and ensure work is completed in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).Provides reports to Field HR and COE’s to be used in solving people related business challenges and implementing HR strategy.Serves as a mentor to less experienced HR Shared Services team members (Tier 1)Participates on Human Resources and/or company-wide project teams.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in HR or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree a plusPHR preferred3+ years of experience in human resources administrationtrong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate with tact and diplomacy.Ability to coach others.Ability to collaborate and work as a member of a team.Ability to listen and understand information presented through spoken or written words, as well as, convey information effectively to others Ability to influence others on policies, practices, and procedureEffective at capturing and synthesizing information from multiple partiesAbility to handle sensitive and highly personal information daily and maintain confidentiality in a mature and insightful mannerAbility to maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of various Federal, State and Local labor laws and other Human Resources related topics.Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with case management technology and Workday transactions preferredFull time Associates are offered a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
