In this role, you will be responsible and accountable for ensuring that all work is in full coordination with Al Soudah Development. **What you'll be doing** : + Supports the development and implementation of reports as directed by the Senior Reporting Manager. + Supports the development and implementation Standard operating procedures for the reporting aspects of the program as directed by the Senior Reporting Manager. + Expertise in the ability to compile and analyze data from the Cost and scheduling and input into PowerBI formats and Power Point presentations. + Receives guidance and support concerning day to day performance of the work scope. + Supports the facilitation of forming partnerships with key stakeholders. + Responsible for reporting among our team (including subcontractors). + Responsible for external reporting, including all major contracts. + Responsible for working closely with Al Soudah Development and delivery partners to ensure best for program reporting decisions. + Reports reporting challenges and issues to the Senior Reporting Manager and helps to develop appropriate resolutions/mitigations as necessary. + Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of workassignments as directed by the Senior Reporting Manager. + Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals, takes corrective action as necessary. + Prepare the needed reports. + Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards,policies, and procedures. + Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related field (or equivalent). + Preferably+10 years of related experience in risk. + Experience in construction projects and expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Office suite. + Demonstrated leadership and management skills. + Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing. + Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex reporting environment. + Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize. + High-level understanding and appreciation of risk management in complex risk environments and within the major program sector, preferably within the KSA. + Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with and influence senior-level management.
