As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you’ll lead critical programs that ensure asset integrity and maintenance excellence. By applying preventive and predictive strategies, you’ll enhance production, safety, quality, and cost efficiency. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive continuous improvement and long-term sustainability across site operations.
The role:
As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will help drive our goals by:
• Implement preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Lead asset strategy management and defect elimination initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Utilize SAP Plant Maintenance and other digital tools to monitor performance and support data-driven decision-making.
• Drive root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues, improving long-term asset performance.
• Support capital projects with reliability engineering input, ensuring new equipment is designed for optimal reliability and lifecycle performance.
• Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 7–10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or refinery environments.
• Proficiency in condition monitoring and CMMS tools (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
• Strong understanding of asset integrity, including rotating/static equipment and instrumentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Passionate, enthusiastic, and adaptable, with a mindset for continuous improvement and change facilitation.
• Must be available to work on-site at the Savannah site.
