The Job:    

As a Senior Reliability Data Analyst Engineer, you’ll be part of our global reliability team working as a hybrid employee.  You will help design and test the next generation of power tool products by developing and improving data systems. You will play a critical role in enhancing our data-driven decision-making processes. This position involves creating and managing data visualization tools, developing data entry and dashboard systems, and building analysis pipelines to support product development and reliability improvements. You’ll get to:     

Develop and maintain data entry systems and interactive dashboards using the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, Flows), Python, Excel, and other applications to streamline data collection and reporting processes. 

Develop and optimize data analysis pipelines to connect various data streams and store data efficiently in SQL databases. 

Ensure data accuracy and integrity through robust validation and error-checking mechanisms. 

Collaborate with IT to create and maintain production-level environments (locally and cloud-based) for data processing and storage. 

Analyze large datasets to extract insights and trends that inform new product development and reliability improvements. 

Develop predictive models and tools using existing datasets to forecast product performance and reliability. 

Communicate complex data insights and technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of data solutions across teams. 

Support other reliability engineering tasks and initiatives as required. 

  

The Person:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 

Minimum 3 years experience with proven experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and data pipeline creation. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, Flows), Python, SQL, and / or similar languages. 

Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices. 

Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, website development, and ML/AI technologies is a plus.

Pay Range Language: 

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $70,300.00 -$126,500.00 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the posit
