Senior Relationship Manager- FIG

Job Description

1. To manage the Securitization Product (PTCs and DA), draw up process, policies and manuals of the department.
2. Provide customer service both internal and external stakeholders. 
3. Ensure RBI and internal compliance matrixes are adhered to. Build a profitable portfolio.
4. Build relationship with all kinds of Financial Institutions for their liability business, setting up counterparty credit lines from and with other banks, sourcing business from PSUs. 
5. To cross sell various products offered by the bank to these customers

Responsibilities

1. Product Management

Liaising with Originators, Rating Agencies, Arrangers, Legal Counsels and Trustees among others, Ensuring that the transaction is in accordance with the RBI Guidelines and SEBI Guidelines. 
Providing inputs on the transaction structure and internal credit memo. 
Collecting proceeds from the originators and appropriating the same to the Pool account with the bank
Adherence to RBI Guidelines in such deals.
Regular analysis of servicer reports, ensuring timely and accurate pay-outs. - Monitoring the credit enhancement as stipulated by the rating agency. 
Sending out monthly reports along with future cash flows factoring prepayments to the internal credit monitoring team. 
Responding to any queries/clarifications sought by the Compliance/Risk/Audit teams in connection with the product.

2.  Relationship management

To create excellent relationship with all stakeholders in the wholesale banking business
To coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure TAT or SLAs are met.
Ensuring approval and disbursement TAT are followed.
Location & site visits whenever required and evaluate the quality and adherence to the policy norms.

3. Customer Management

Network with various stakeholders internally and externally. 
Meet both internal and external customer turnaround time.
Responsible for Audit queries and resolution thereof
Liaison with internal & external auditors, supervision of day-to-day operations for given portfolio, interaction with commercial branch managers etc.
Liaising with Legal & compliance, Risk control & clients to resolve various disbursement related issues.

4. Build relationship with FI’s for their liability business.                        

5. Setting up counterparty credit lines from and with other banks      

6. Sourcing business from PSUs                                                                  

7. Cross Sell of various products

8. Any other duties/ responsibilities, assigned by the Bank

Qualifications

Qualifications: Degree/PG with MBA/CA/ICWA

Experience: 6 to 10 years
