**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager ( Senior Lead Credit Product Portfolio Specialist) in Wells Fargo Capital Finance's Lender Finance group. Lender Finance clients consist of specialty finance companies, including other asset-based lenders, factors, equipment leasing, and other non-bank lenders. The primary responsibility for this role includes credit administration for a portfolio of lender finance clients, analyzing borrowing bases, collateral and financial performance of borrowers, and reviewing and interpreting credit loan documents. This role will work closely with the various commercial banking partners (Corporate and Investment Banking, Middle Market Regional Banking, Leverage Finance, Financial Sponsor Coverage) and other Wells Fargo team members to build strong relationships, provide superior service and advice, and enhance other opportunities
**In this role, you will:**
+ Build and maintain effective relationships with existing clients within their products or functional area, including sharing relevant information with coverage team partners
+ Lead modifications, renewals, and refinancings of varying complexity levels, including assessing a client’s financial position and risk level and acting as an advisor to leadership for highly complex situations for both prospective and existing clients
+ Independently review and analyze client portfolios, including highly complex scenarios, for key issues related to cash flow, liquidity, leverage, working capital, debt coverage, collateral or enterprise value analysis, and repayment sources, including for use in periodic reviews as well as interim underwriting memoranda
+ Partner with coverage teams within the context of individual deals and client relationships, to anticipate and understand clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions to identify opportunities for modifications, renewals, and refinancings
+ Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges by synthesizing industry and economic trends, including complicated legal and regulatory issues, in addition to regular portfolio reviews to manage risk and lead problem loan resolutions, where applicable
+ Prepare for periodic exams by internal and external auditors
+ Strategically engage with all levels across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership to resolve client issues and achieve business objectives while leveraging a sound understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
+ Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across Commercial Banking or Corporate & Investment Banking
+ Partner with product management functional partners and other senior leaders to provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on evolving market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectively, including large-scale, cross-functional, or companywide strategies
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Portfolio Management and Underwriting experience
+ 6+ year of experience in asset based lending
+ Experience with Lender Finance
+ Experience managing agented transactions with large-syndicated bank group
+ Basic Microsoft Office skills
+ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Solid problem solving and decision-making skills
+ A BS/BA degree or higher in accounting, finance, or economics
**Job Expectations:**
+ Travel: 15% of the time
+ This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule
+ Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.

**Pay Range**
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
