Senior Client Relationship Manager

1-year contract before permanent hiring
Full Time, 40h/week
Hybrid, 3 days/week on-site
The function profile of a Relationship Manager comprises the following:
Key Responsibilities:
● Build positive and long term relationships with our clients.
● Understand customer needs and ensuring that all client deliverables are met.
● Lead and mentor the client team comprising of Fund Assistants and Fund Accountants in a harmonious, collaborative and service focused working environment.
● Liaise with other relationship managers and the Managing Director to ensure best practices and regulatory standards.
● Promotes a culture of cooperation and connection within the local team, as well as globally with other CSC businesses.
● Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.
Qualifications/Experience required:
● At least 7-10 years experience in the industry.
● Experience with managing key client relationships, developing teams and planning resources to achieve goals.
● Understanding of the fund services business in the Netherlands.
● Has knowledge of and experience with relevant laws and regulations with which CSC is working or is wiling to acquire such knowledge.
● Has knowledge of and experience with administrative procedures and processes in the and financial business.
● Excellent in time management and priority setting.
● Analytical, with an eye for detail, and curious, with a drive to investigate and find answers to the right questions.
● A passion for servicing clients to consistently high standards.
● Proactive, motivated and dynamic personality.
● A positive attitude with a ‘can-do’ mentality.
● Educated to degree level (financial, economic & accounting education credentials a plus).
● Fluent in Dutch
● Very good written and verbal skills to convey information in English, both internally and externally to clients.
