We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Regulatory Policy Manager - GRA ASP WCR ANALYTICS GZ.

Principal responsibilities

Impact on the Business / Function

Provide policy interpretation on regulatory requirements and communicate requirements to stakeholders.Support the end-to-end process for IRB model and rating systems submissions to the HKMA.Handle regulatory consultation and industry engagement.

Customers / Stakeholders

Manage the regulatory engagement with stakeholders on the update of regulatory engagement, policy, and deliverables.Support the interaction with customer groups and product groups to ensure understanding of regulatory policy to achieve related aims. Support the ad-hoc survey, thematic review from regulator.

Leadership Teamwork

Strong communication working alongside other Risk Disciplines, Finance, businesses at Regional and Group office and across countries, and with Group Risk to ensure implementation of new disciplines in a globally consistent manner.

Operational Effectiveness Control

At a team level supports and locally embeds regulatory changes.
