We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Regional Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our expanding Talent Sourcing team. This role has a unique remit to develop and deliver a Recruitment Marketing Strategy for our datacenter, engineering and sales teams across the United States, Canada and Latin America. You will be the driving force in leveraging our employer brand to accelerate candidate attraction across the region for Microsoft. 

In this role, you will craft a compelling narrative and create content that highlights the benefits of working for Microsoft. You will work with global teams to develop a marketing strategy and deliver both paid and unpaid targeted campaigns to support functional and local recruitment activities. This work will include ensuring we maximize and leverage our overall Talent Acquisition channels, social media platforms, and technology to achieve a high return on investment.
