Overview As a Senior Regional Marketing Specialist, you play a pivotal role in driving integrated marketing programs across the UKI region. You lead the planning and execution of campaigns that support brand, new logo acquisition and customer expansion, while also contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team culture. Core Responsibilities Integrated Campaign, ABM & Customer Marketing Leadership Build and deliver full-funnel, multi-channel programs aligned to NSS (new logo) and IBS (install base) goals Plan and execute 1-to-Many and 1-Few ABM campaigns tailored to key verticals and buying stages Drive customer marketing initiatives to support retention, advocacy, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities Collaborate with global and regional teams to localise and activate compelling content across paid social, email, events, and web Brand & Enablement Integration Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all campaign touchpoints and assets Partner with PMM and content teams to bring the Aptean story to life in a way that resonates with UKI audiences Support ADRs, sales and customer-facing teams with campaign enablement materials, messaging guides, and activation toolkits Contribute to internal enablement efforts to ensure alignment and readiness across marketing, sales, and customer success Digital & AI-Enabled Execution Champion the use of AI tools to enhance campaign speed, quality, and personalisation Use marketing platforms (e.g. Marketo, 6Sense, Salesforce) to enable smart targeting, tracking, and optimisation Promote digital fluency and data-driven decision-making across the team Campaign Measurement & Optimisation Monitor campaign performance with a focus on conversion, cost-efficiency, and pipeline contribution Ensure accurate tracking and reporting across Salesforce and Marketo, supporting data hygiene and integrity Test and refine messaging and tactics based on engagement metrics and sales feedback Team Enablement & Culture Building Share best practices and lead knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill peers Act as a digital sparring partner and mentor to junior team members Foster a collaborative, outcome-oriented culture aligned with Aptean’s values Your Profile You are a strategic, hands-on marketer with a strong grasp of integrated campaign planning, ABM, customer marketing, and brand enablement. You’re comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and using data to drive decisions. You bring a growth mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for delivering measurable impact. Desired Skills & Experience 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS, or ERP/finance sectors Proven success in integrated campaign execution, ABM strategy, and customer marketing Strong command of marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce) Experience in brand alignment and sales enablement within campaign contexts Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and ROI Experience mentoring or supporting junior marketers is a plus What’s in it for you?
