SailPoint, the leader in Identity Management and Access Governance, is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for our US Northeast and Canada markets. This role, reporting to the Manager of Americas Field Marketing, will generate awareness and demand using a variety of marketing vehicles and tactics including, but not limited to, account based programs, regional shows, conferences, and targeted field events. The person will work closely with SailPoint’s local sales executives, territory manages and channel partners to ensure marketing aligns with regional goals. The person will need to have experience in both strategic, tactical, and channel marketing as many of our campaigns are planned with our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the marketing for SailPoint in Benelux, Nordics, and MEA regions.Develop and execute regional integrated marketing plans aligned with business priorities and pipeline goals.Promote and drive SailPoint’s vision and strategy in regionPlan and execute a solid marketing plan to help generate pipeline with your direct sales force and our strategic partners.Build an account based marketing strategy to target new prospects in the enterprise spaceDrive demand generation campaigns using a mix of digital, events, content syndication and ABM tacticsCollaborate closely with Sales, channel and product marketing teams to ensure alignement and impactMonitor lead follow up and conversions to opportunities to build a solid pipeline within your region/verticalsDesired Background
8+ years’ experience in Field Marketing for a security company in EuropeFluent in EnglishComfortable working in a hybrid or remote model with some travel required as needed for key eventsSolid event management and organisation skillsExperience with complex B2B enterprise sales cycles and demonstrating marketing’s impact on the business thru business models, dashboards and dataExperience of managing agenciesStrong understanding on how to leverage and plan lead generation programs with channel partnersStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven experience using Salesforce and TableauBudget Planning and Management SkillsSelf-starter who can be independent; with the ability to execute flawlesslyBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing disciplineAbility to travel at least 10% of the timeSailPoint is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome all qualified candidates to apply to join our team.
