**Senior Recruiting Coordinator, US Manufacturing** _Work Mode: Remote_ **Location: ** Remote (within a commutable distance to a Kohler facility is highly preferred) **Opportunity** The Senior Recruiting Coordinator – US Manufacturing is responsible for all candidate coordination activities supporting the recruitment and onboarding within the US Manufacturing Operations teams for Kohler Company. This role will be responsible for managing the entire coordination activities for our frontline manufacturing requisitions, including ownership for all interview and plant tour coordination, offer letter delivery, pre-employment scheduling, and candidate experience. The Senior Recruiting Coordinator is a consultative partner to the Recruiter and works closely with Kohler’s onsite plant HR teams. The Senior Recruiting Coordinator – US Manufacturing is part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Center of Excellence (COE) that supports an exciting array of work across executive and professional hiring, technical and manufacturing roles as well as our hospitality industry. This role requires a seasoned professional who can navigate multiple priorities with ease, think critically to solve problems quickly, build strong relationships, and who has strong attention to detail. This role will be reporting to the Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations. **Specific Responsibilities** + Support Recruiters and plant HR teams in the creation of requisitions, both internally and externally. + Own the coordination and scheduling of interviews and plant tours with Operations leaders. + Supporting the logistics of any recruiting events, as applicable. + In partnership with the Recruiter, prepare and deliver written offer letters to candidates. + Support the ordering and/or scheduling of any applicable candidate assessments as part of the interview process. + Lead the facilitation of all candidate pre-employment activities, including background check verification, drug testing, and any applicable post-offer, pre-employment tests. + Liaise with candidates via phone and email to assist with all aspects of the interview and onboarding experience. + Partner with the plant HR teams to ensure a gracious candidate interview & onboarding experience. + Build strong relationships across key stakeholders, including Recruiting, HR teams, Operations leaders, and other key partners. + Maintain confidentiality of privileged information, such as confidential candidates or background results. + Support other key recruiting activities as needed, including but not limited to phone screens or resume review. **Skills/Requirements** **Basic Requirements** + Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources. + Experience supporting candidate interview scheduling and supporting pre-employment activities. + Experience regularly interfacing with Recruiting teams, HR teams, and business leaders. + Ability to travel 10%+ of the time, as needed. **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree. + Experience coordinating candidate interviews & other activities in a manufacturing environment. + Demonstrated success juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders with a high sense of urgency. + Goal-oriented and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and with a team. + Excellent customer and interpersonal skills. + Experience handling confidential information and matters with discretion. + Proven problem-solving skills. + PC skills required, including a high level of proficiency with Microsoft. \#LI-DNI **_Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future._** _The hourly range for this position is $21.10 - $26.40. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
