Role Overview:

Every day our recruiters impact Skyhigh Security’s capabilities by identifying, attracting, and hiring great people who contribute to the success of our company.

You will support full life cycle recruitment for the APJ region. You will have the opportunity to work with the business to establish appropriate talent pipelines and recruitment project plans to meet the needs of the business. Along with this, you will develop recruitment campaigns and strategies to attract candidates from across their region.

About the Role

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced, full-cycle recruiter whose strengths are focused in the areas of hunting and attracting technology candidates and developing strong working relationships with all levels of management.

Serve as a consultative, recruitment subject matter expert by applying best practices for full recruitment lifecycle and strategic talent acquisition.

Collaborate with clients and HR partners to develop a strong understanding of job profiles, department culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business.

Educate and guide business managers on market and compensation trends, candidate/ skill availability, and internal processes that drive successful recruitment.

Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention to processes and continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline.

Facilitate the end to end recruitment process; including strategic sourcing, interviewing, final selection and on boarding of new hires.

Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive technical recruitment plan.

Demonstrate ability to attract, influence and convert hard to find passive talent through your understanding of the business and employee value proposition.

Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential technical candidates for level of interest, qualifications, and compensation

Use innovative sourcing and marketing/branding techniques to engage both active and passive candidates. 

Drive diversity and inclusion recruiting efforts.

Capture and manage all data in the Workday ATS.

Bring market data back to Skyhigh Security to create a strategic advantage in the marketplace.

About You

This position requires an accomplished recruiter who has led small teams, formally or informally, and who has a “sense of urgency”, thrives in a fast-paced, growth and learning environment, and has the desire and track-record of influencing business leaders.  Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:

7 - 10 years overall recruitment experience with a minimum of 5-8 years full-cycle recruiting in a corporate environment and preferably 2+ years working in a contingency or retained search firm environment.

Requires deep technology or GTM/sales recruitment experience within the APJ and EMEA regions.

Growth company experience.

Strong capability in coaching and influencing hiring managers in the areas of talent availability and recruiting  and sourcing strategies. 

Deep experience in full life-cycle recruitment for engineering, sales and/or support positions including senior leadership roles across multiple geographies.

Knowledge of targeted sourcing strategies, expertise in data mining and tools such as Linkedin and Naukri.

Expertise in behavioral interview methodologies (Topgrading), competency models (Korn Ferry)  and profile approaches (ICCE).

Metrics driven approach to full life cycle recruitment.

A quick learner and desire to grow professionally.

Experience with Workday or other enterprise-class ATS’s and Google tools.
