**How You’ll Make an Impact**
As a Senior Recruiter at Epsilon, you will play a key role in driving our talent acquisition efforts and enhancing the candidate experience focusing on our Business Development and Sales teams roles. You will serve as a Strategic Talent Advisor, working closely with hiring managers and leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with business goals. Your focus will be on operational excellence, ensuring that hiring processes are streamlined, efficient, and scalable, while providing a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout their journey.
You will actively build and manage strong talent pipelines by leveraging LinkedIn and other innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. By fostering strong, long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers, you will ensure that Epsilon continues to attract top-tier talent that contributes to the company's success. Your strategic approach will help Epsilon maintain its competitive edge in a dynamic talent landscape.
**What You’ll Achieve**
+ **Candidate Experience Excellence:** Deliver a premium candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring timely communication, engagement, and alignment with candidate expectations.
+ **Talent Pipeline Building:** Proactively source, build, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through targeted outreach, with a particular focus on LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
+ **Collaboration with Hiring Managers:** Work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs, providing strategic insights and support throughout the recruitment process to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
+ **Operational Efficiency:** Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, ensuring scalability, speed, and high-quality hiring outcomes. Maintain a keen eye for operational excellence while ensuring that candidate experience remains a top priority.
+ **Recruitment Strategy Development:** Develop and execute effective, data-driven recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of the business, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates for both current and future hiring needs.

+ **Why you might stand out from other talent** :
+ 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in “Sales” or “Business Development” recruiting with a focus on candidate management, sourcing, and building talent pipelines.
+ Proven experience in leveraging LinkedIn and other digital platforms to source and engage candidates.
+ Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders, providing strategic insights to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
+ Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiencies while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
+ In-depth knowledge of recruitment technologies, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
+ Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
