Join Liebherr as we embark on an exciting journey to establish a new IT Service Center with focus on SAP expertise in the heart of Madrid, Spain. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to support our management in the setup phase by overseeing all end-to-end recruiting related tasks. Together with our HR4IT Talent Acquisition team in Germany, you will ensure the successful recruitment of the future IT Team in Madrid. You will also work very closely together with our local HRBP as well as the HR Shared Service Center colleagues in Spain.
Creating passion: your responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Independently managing the entire recruitment process and overseeing all tasks related to job ads posting, pre-screening and selection, application management, interviewing as well as offer management Stakeholder Management: Work hand in hand with the management team to ensure successful recruiting of all positions for our new IT Service Center, including having a strong understanding of the business and all hiring needs, and having the ability to advise hiring managers, based on latest talent market trends and insights Active Sourcing & Talent Attraction: Have a passion for finding great candidates and leading the development of new talent pipelines. Moreover, be responsible for the attraction of top-tier skilled IT talents, specifically in the areas of SAP S/4 HANA and IT Security Candidate Experience: Being the first point of contact with candidates and ensuring best-in-class candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the HR4IT Talent Acquisition team in Germany to align on recruiting strategies and initiatives, ensuring seamless hiring processes and practices Contributing your strengths: your qualifications Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience: Proven experience in a (senior) Recruiter role, preferably within an IT and SAP S/4 HANA environment.
