About the OpportunityWeWork is currently seeking a Senior Recruiter to support the LATAM territory. This position will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to find them top talent (internal & external) for their expanding teams. In this role, you’ll:
Partner and consult with business leaders, hiring managers and the people team to understand business objectives, provide full cycle recruitment subject matter expertise and advice on talent acquisition best practices.
Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners
Own the strategy to recruit all levels of candidates including niche, technical candidate talent pools.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as brand ambassador when representing WeWork
Manage jobs in Workday (HCM) and Workday Recruiting (ATS) through monitoring and progress reporting
Source, interview, and evaluate candidates in a timely manner
Drive the offer process, including negotiating and closing candidates on offers
Continuously work on ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience. Stay up to date on innovative recruiting trends and practices
Own and project manage the internal mobility process and partner with HRBPs to ensure program compliance and positive employee experience
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques/practices
Use data gathered from sourcing/candidate attraction to illustrate trends or challenges of the external market to business leaders.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:
4+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience with exposure to a high volume, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in English and Portuguese required, Spanish preferred
Advanced proficiency in closing senior level candidates and negotiating offers
Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers of all levels on recruiting decisions
Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly
Results-oriented with a track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, optimism, and integrity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable handling multiple priorities, and pivoting as needs change
Organized and detail oriented - This role is all about the details - You need to juggle many different tasks, ensuring they all get done in an accurate and timely manner
Resourceful and able to proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions
