Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of our Corporate functions including Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and IT. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be a trusted advisor for hiring leaders within Corporate, partnering with the talent acquisition team and operating companies to coordinate recruiting activity. You will be responsible for driving direct and passive sourcing strategies, fostering professional communities and finding competitive intelligence from the external talent marketplace to connect great talent with key roles at Post Holdings. Collaboration with hiring leaders will be key as you will lean on your interpersonal skills. You will partner with our HR coordinator to lead the selection and offer process. Sourcing & Recruitment Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates by clearly communicating position requirements and recruiting process, timely updates on progress, interview preparation and debriefing Understand and ensure business hiring needs are satisfied by appropriately assessing talent gaps and opportunities Communicate appropriately, proactively and consistently with internal and external stakeholders to develop mutually trusting relationships that influence decisions/expectations and facilitate a “best in class” experience for all Work independently on assigned requisitions and seek guidance from Talent Management leadership on complex issues, as needed Build talent pipelines utilizing multiple sourcing strategies including extensive name generation research, complex internet searches, online databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals, as well as through networking and cold calling Ensure ATS database is updated to reflect all contact with target candidates Draw upon full industry/functional knowledge and utilize sourcing techniques to identify and attract highly qualified active and passive candidates for assigned roles Negotiate new hire offers, including compensation and related benefits; extend verbal offers to candidates; produce offer letters Work with HR Coordinator to ensure all new hire information including background checks and forms are completed timely Share candidate market feedback and relevant recruiting metrics with HR leadership Ensure recruiting and hiring activities are in compliance with all selection and hiring guidelines, policies and procedures to comply with external and internal regulatory requirements Talent Acquisition Advisory Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external business partners to achieve staffing goals Partner with interviewers to identify questions that support consistent, quality assessments Support hiring leaders by providing interview materials and ensuring consistency in the selection process Works closely with hiring leaders to recommend effective recruiting approaches and set realistic expectations on time to fill, compensation and candidate pool quality Candidate Experience Manage candidate expectations and engage talent throughout the hiring process Communicate regularly and effectively with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience Perform research to evaluate the general needs and opinions of candidates Draft and utilize templates for TA communications, such as application received messages, knockout notices, interview requests, rejection emails, and offer letters Organizational Outreach Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, colleges, vendors, associations, and other bodies who might route talent to the organization Organize and lead the campus recruiting strategy including the summer intern program Process Improvement and Development Recommend improvements to talent acquisition practices, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and stay competitive in the marketplace Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design hiring processes, from application to hire support various talent acquisition projects and initiatives Operating Company Partnership Serve as point of contact for Talent Acquisition teams in operating companies sharing updates and identifying potential challenges in recruitment efforts Guide others through changes in systems, processes, policies or procedures Collaborate with Intern Program Leads to identify best practices and foster collaboration in the early talent market Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 5 -7 years’ experience in talent acquisition Proven track record for hiring top talent in a competitive environment and successfully networking externally Strong business acumen and in-depth expertise in managing relationships and the recruitment process Demonstrate professional maturity, poise, critical and strategic thinking Exhibit organizational knowledge and communication skills necessary to successfully advise and influence hiring decisions at all levels of leadership Exceptional interview skills with the ability to assess applicant knowledge, skills, abilities in comparison to position requirements Well-versed in innovative sourcing methodologies Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability Excellent candidate negotiation and closing skills Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality Proficient using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, MS Office Experience with iCIMS is a plus #LI-hybrid
