Senior Recruiter
Location: Hybrid (Onsite 2 days/week in Burlington, MA)

A client in the engineering space is looking to add a Senior Recruiter to their team to support hiring for warehouse & operations-focused roles.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full cycle recruitment process for a wide variety of roles, including specialized, senior-level positionsPartner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies to find and hire qualified candidates through various channelsProvide consistent updates to applicants throughout the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experienceBuild and maintain a pipeline of strong talent for evergreen roles & frequently targeted skillsetsLead various initiatives to enhance employer brand and utilize recruitment metrics to assess their effectiveness

Qualifications:
