Senior Recruiter – Executive & Leadership Hiring
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive Recruiter to lead and manage end-to-end hiring for senior leadership roles across our global organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of hiring CXOs, Vice Presidents, Directors, and senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with executive leadership, HR, and business stakeholders to attract and hire top-tier talent that will shape the future of our company.Key Responsibilities Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for leadership and executive-level roles across functions. Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and organizational goals. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract passive leadership talent through headhunting, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. Conduct initial outreach, pitch the opportunity persuasively, and manage candidate experience throughout the process. Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates with detailed evaluation reports to hiring managers. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide guidance on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability. Coordinate interview scheduling, debrief sessions, and offer negotiations for executive candidates. Maintain accurate documentation and candidate tracking via ATS/CRM systems. Build and maintain a talent pipeline of high-potential executive candidates for future opportunities.
