As a Senior Recruiter for the Gaming (Xbox) at Microsoft, you will have the distinction of partnering with the studios that make games such as Minecraft, Gears of War and Halo, among many others.  We are looking for a Recruiter who has in-depth knowledge of the gaming industry, balanced with client management experience, candidate engagement skills and a passion for recruiting. The candidate for this role will have experience recruiting for AAA Gaming Studios focusing on various genres, platforms, and titles.  The opportunities of this role stretch beyond hands-on recruiting, to strategic projects, coaching leaders to be the very best in the industry at hiring, mentoring others and driving impact across our region.
