Where You’ll Make a Difference:
The Raw Material Planner is responsible to ensure timely supply of materials to the region for uninterrupted production processing and servicing customers at a best-in-class level for Global, multi-site or a complex single site.
Plan both short- and long-term to align supply and demand to support inventory needs
Facilitate collaboration meetings with stakeholders and vendors to review purchase forecasts, proposed orders, and other operational issues
Monitor movement of materials through purchasing, storage, production, and retail distribution
Set preferred stock levels and prevent excess inventory
Solve problems of raw material shortages
Liaise with the local material coordinators/ site supply chain managers to ensure a smooth and aligned day-to-day planning process
Optimization and continuous improvement of material availability; global inventory days; inventory write-off; and obsolete/slow moving inventory.
Design and create new tools to help improve the planning functions of supply chain
Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contracts
What Makes You the Right Fit:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related fields.
5-10 years' experience in operational planning or a similar role
Knowledge of MS Office tools (specially Excel)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations

Continuous improvement attitude
How Would You Stand Out?
Prior experience in the citrus industry, offering a deep understanding of crop cycles, harvest variability, and raw material quality standards.
SAP, APO, MRP training on functional areas of expertise
APICS Module I (Basics of Supply Chain Management) training
Proven ability to forecast and plan raw material needs in alignment with production schedules and seasonal availability.
