Where You Will Work
Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support our operations in finance, human resources, health and safety, information technology, planning and more. This position requires work to be performed in-person at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix. The Hub provides an open, flexible workspace for individuals and teams to come together for various business needs. Amenities at the Hub include a working café, phone booths and meeting rooms with technology tools for virtual and in-person collaboration.

Description With limited supervision, responsible for the continuous monitoring and analysis of mining equipment performance using real-time telemetry, sensor data, and remote diagnostics. This role partners with maintenance, operations, and reliability teams to interpret alarm data, identify performance anomalies, and provide actionable insights. As a member of the Remote Asset Monitoring Process (RAMP) team, the role also contributes to the design and improvement of predictive maintenance tools and practices of multi-site operations. Proficient in identifying and implementing equipment safety systems to ensure the highest standards of operator safety in both mining and fixed plant environments.Utilize predictive technologies to gather and analyze data of mining equipment from multi-site operations. Including accepting, annotating and taking action for active alarms.Collaborate with Maintenance and Operations divisions to validate findings and provide recommendations to address issues.Identify opportunities to optimize asset monitoring workflows and implement best practices that improve detection accuracy and response timeContribute to building a centralized knowledge base corrective interventions (asset behaviors, failure modes, alarm responses, etc.) Mentor RAMP Technicians assigned to their shift/crewPerform other duties as requestedMinimum Qualifications: Four (4) years of experience in mechanical or operations fields, or a combination of mechanical/operations experienceWorking knowledge and understanding of basic mechanical principles (hydraulic, pneumatic, fluid mechanical systems) Skilled in utilizing computer databases to research, maintain, and update records and filesAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingAbility to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions. Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazardsMust have completed academic and practical competencies required (this includes Line of Progression requirements for internal employees where LOP Exists) and have experience demonstrating the required mechanical aptitude. The selected candidate shall demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge and technical skills while also passing a written assessment where required. This exam is based on technical skills/abilities and/or academic knowledge; as well as safety.Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GEDExperience with Equipment Maintenance Systems (Mining and Processing)Ability to create Maintenance Requests using current systems Hands-on maintenance experience with mining or other heavy equipment.Able to operate the Dispatch DatabaseRadio Communication skills (can specify Dispatch Radio or 2-Way)What We Offer You
The estimated pay range for this role is currently $31.00 - $42.00/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors.
