Senior Radio Frequency Engineer

 

This position is hybrid model in our São Bernardo do Campo unit.

 

Position Summary 

Execute the technical activities which integrates the life cycle of a complete engineering project, since the conception up to the final delivery, assuring the attendance to all the requirements, attending to the chronogram and budget, defining the most appropriate technological solutions.

Key Areas of Responsibility 

Work with the systems engineering and the Bid team to ensure the definition of the technical proposal, effort estimate, deadlines and costs to compose the commercial proposal;Work with the systems engineering to ensure that the proposed hardware solution is aligned with the general architecture of the system solution;Act as a technical leader in the design of a hardware system or subsystem, interacting directly with the project manager and other responsible parties to ensure the development of the solution, respecting the requirements, restrictions, deadlines and budget of the project.Coordinate technical teams to ensure the development of the hardware solution according to the specifications and respecting the company's processes;Ensure the standardization of processes, practices and tools by the technical team. Ensure their dissemination and maintenance;Work together with the quality department to ensure that the area's processes, practices and tools are aligned with the group's processes and objectives.Ensure that the technical solutions adopted in the project are in line with the best technological alternatives on the market, whether in terms of new components or C.O.T.S. solutions to meet the project's hardware needs;Ensure the entire hardware solution validation process with the technical team;Ensure the preparation and updating of all technical documentation necessary for the production, testing, maintenance and evolution of the solutions under the guidance of the technical manager.Participate in the Deployment of the post-delivery period, as well as in the corrective maintenance of the information systems, so that they operate as planned;Ensure the transmission of knowledge to other departments so that they can perform activities related to integration, installation and maintenance;Participate in audits to ensure that operational standards and safety procedures are being followed;Act in the generation of the registration and updating of product trees, to enable the activities of preparing schedules, supplies, production processes, etc.;Evaluate specifications for the development of qualified manufacturers and suppliers that meet the needs of the project;Adapt and reapply successful solutions used in previous systems, aiming at possible standardization and optimization of resources;Participate in field missions for site survey, implementation, maintenance, training, support and other activities that are necessary for the success of the project and transition to the service team.Actively contribute to the personal development and professional training of the younger members of the team;Perform other related tasks at the discretion of the immediate superior.

 

Minimum Qualifications 

 

Graduated in Electric Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computing engineering or other related course.Fluent English; MS Office tools; Lab instruments for RF;Analog and Digital HW;Antenna; schematics tools, circuit simulation tools. Matlab, Simulink and Altium
