For This Role, You Will Need: B.S. or M.S. in electronics engineering, computer science, or computer engineering. 5-7 years of experience as a software engineer, plus 1-2 years of experience managing a team. Demonstrated understanding with the following technologies/concepts: Scripting languages such as Python Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Version Control & Collaboration Testing Frameworks & Environments Agile and Waterfall Project Management Experience in the following areas will be an added advantage: DevOps practices including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Monitoring, and Automation Containerization and Orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Monitoring and Observability tools and strategies Strong grasp of software development lifecycles, and modern infrastructure practices Experience in leading the team to deliver project specs and deadlines. Familiarity with building and supporting internal tools or testing ecosystems that serve cross-functional engineering teams. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, plan effectively, and align resources to deliver value to internal stakeholders.
