Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Quorum System Specialist in Houston, TX. Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quorum System Specialist to join our team. This position requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and is capable of supporting systems hosted in our cloud environment on AWS. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and optimize the use of Quorum products including QLS, TIPS, QQM, QGIS, and ECalendar * Support the implementation and integration of Quorum systems within the company's infrastructure * Provide support for these systems hosted in our cloud environment on AWS * Troubleshoot and triage system and server issues for Quorum products * Understand the database side of the application to help with data issues and integrate data across systems * Provide training and support to team members on Quorum products * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations * Analyze and report on system performance and suggest improvements * Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Quorum systems
