Senior Quality Training Specialist

Stryker is hiring a **Senior** **Quality Training Specialist** in **Irvine, California!** In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating site-wide training programs in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Partner cross-functionally across departments to support site-wide training initiatives and ensure consistency in training delivery and documentation.
+ Design and implement a scalable, role-based training curriculum tailored to specific job functions, with a focus on meaningful, competency-based learning.
+ Identify training gaps and inefficiencies and lead initiatives to create interactive and engaging training solutions.
+ Create and integrate knowledge checks, quizzes, and assessments to validate learning effectiveness and reinforce key concepts.
+ Maintain quality training requirements in compliance with applicable regulatory, regulations, company policies, and internal procedures.
+ Design and deliver training materials, including e-learning and instructor-led sessions, focused on quality systems, Quality Procedures (QPs), and regulatory requirements.
+ Work with department heads and subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess training requirements and determine timelines.
+ Maintain accurate and complete training records and update training records (digital and electronic).
+ Monitor, track, and report on a variety of training metrics, including past-due training.
+ Support internal and external audit readiness to ensure successful audit inspection results related to training processes.
+ Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback, audit findings, and best practices.
**What You Need:**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ 2+ years of experience in quality or quality systems.
+ Experience in training, curriculum development, or instructional design.
+ Regulated industry experience required.
**Preferred** :
+ Education in a technical/scientific field is a plus but not required.
+ Knowledge of 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485.
+ Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
79,500 - 101,500 - 123,500 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
