Stryker is hiring a Senior Quality Training Specialist in Irvine, California! In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating site-wide training programs in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
What You Will Do:
Partner cross-functionally across departments to support site-wide training initiatives and ensure consistency in training delivery and documentation.
Design and implement a scalable, role-based training curriculum tailored to specific job functions, with a focus on meaningful, competency-based learning.
Identify training gaps and inefficiencies and lead initiatives to create interactive and engaging training solutions.
Create and integrate knowledge checks, quizzes, and assessments to validate learning effectiveness and reinforce key concepts.
Maintain quality training requirements in compliance with applicable regulatory, regulations, company policies, and internal procedures.
Design and deliver training materials, including e-learning and instructor-led sessions, focused on quality systems, Quality Procedures (QPs), and regulatory requirements.
Work with department heads and subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess training requirements and determine timelines.
Maintain accurate and complete training records and update training records (digital and electronic).
Monitor, track, and report on a variety of training metrics, including past-due training.
Support internal and external audit readiness to ensure successful audit inspection results related to training processes.
Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback, audit findings, and best practices.
What You Need:
Required:
Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of experience in quality or quality systems.
Experience in training, curriculum development, or instructional design.
Regulated industry experience required.
Preferred:
Education in a technical/scientific field is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
79,500 - 101,500 - 123,500 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
