岗位职责

主要职能包括以下内容，但不限于此：

•分析工程发布的变更图纸通知，审核变更细节，包括技术、成本和风险层面，编制和发布变更信息，确保所有相关部门都及时获取信息。 •负责跟进变更状态，收集、整合和传递信息，确保变更有效可控实施。•合理协调变更生效时间，减少物料报废，降低成本。•搭建和维护物料层级结构、工位、工时等。•负责各部门沟通协调，信息反馈传递，以及相关问题的及时处理与汇报。•分析ECN和PCN过程中的问题，优化改善流程，提高可靠性和提升管理效率。•支持新产品引入，根据工程设计创建产品结构。•表单数据制作、分析、设置和信息展示。•合理调配资源，确保高效准时完成任务。

岗位要求

•能读懂机械图纸，熟悉产品结构。•具备日常英语阅读能力。•正直，有强烈的责任心和团队精神，良好的表达和沟通能力，具备协调和问题处置能力。•具备良好的安全、质量和5S意识。•具备执行、规划、管理和监控整个流程的能力。•具备计算机操作能力，包括PPT、Excel、Word、SAP等Office办公软件。
