Senior Quality Partner - Operations Quality Assurance

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and committed Senior Quality Partner within our Operations Quality Assurance (OpsQA) Product Partnering Team.

Our team of over 30 people covers a wide product range for several business areas, this role has a focus on Instrument Operations.

As a Senior Quality Partner you work with Global Operations to ensure that Roche procedures, applicable regulations and standards (regulatory requirements of United States Food and Drug Administration, In Vitro Diagnostics Directive of the European Union, ISO 13485, etc.) are followed during manufacturing.

Your Impact:

Support and enable our business partners regarding product care and product improvement activities as well as in all other quality aspects within the area of responsibility.Ensure product quality and compliance to the regulatory requirements and the proper documentation of all activitiesYou are the quality responsible person forDocuments: Support business partners, review and approve documents, templates and records to ensure product quality and complianceChange management: Support business partners, review and approve changes to ensure product quality and complianceDeviation management: Support business partners, review and approve deviations to ensure product quality and complianceDesign transfer or technical product transfer project to ensure product quality and complianceLead and/or support special projects or initiatives in the area of Quality and business partnersPermanently optimize processes in order to increase quality and efficiency standards

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Quality Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and support various quality activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving continuous improvements. You will collaborate with multiple teams, provide coaching and mentorship, and actively contribute to process innovation. Your responsibilities will include documentation management, troubleshooting, change and deviation management, and participating in audits. You will have the opportunity to work independently, make impactful decisions, and drive quality improvements across the organization.

Who you are

We are looking for a professional with Bachelor’s / Master degree in Life Science, Data Science or related subject or equivolant experience (Completed training as a technician or laboratory technician; or equivalent qualification for the tasks; limited working experience) and 3-5 years experience in Quality Assurance. You will bring:

You have worked in more than one function within quality management and may have worked outside of Quality Management.  Can managing highly complex and/or global projects, or equivalent experience.You are an independent and solution-driven professional with a strong background in quality management. You thrive in dynamic environments, showing leadership in both day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives.Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills, you excel at fostering collaboration and driving results.Ability to innovate, make decisive decisions, and mentor others sets you apart as a leader in quality and regulatory functions.
