Senior Quality Inspector- Defense Electronics-Onsite

We have a rewarding opportunity to for a Senior Quality Inspector to join our team in Santa Clarita, CA!

As our Senior Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for the inspection of a variety of material and assemblies at receiving, in-process, and final inspection to ensure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements. This role combines hands-on inspection with a strong focus on driving quality improvements through collaboration and root cause thinking.

Location:  Santa Clarita, CA

Salary Range: $22.64 - $30.14 per hour

Your Challenge:

Interpret purchase orders, work instructions, engineering drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure accurate inspections.

Use calibrated measuring equipment (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges) to verify parts.

Complete inspection reports.

Generate reports for non-conformances.

Recommend and implement improvements to inspection methods, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to inspection.

What you Bring:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in quality inspection in aerospace, defense, or heavily regulated manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications:

IPC-A-610 certification

Understanding of AS9100
