Senior Quality Engineer (IMG Quality Business Office)

+ Lead customer-satisfaction initiatives and quality-survey programs across IMG regions
+ Partner with the global team to shape the competitive-data-source strategy for IMG
+ Build and maintain sales databases for 3rd party suppliers who administer the survey
+ Diagnose and resolve survey related issues—including, but not limited to, binning-model, data-feed, and translation problems
+ Manage relationships with third-party suppliers conducting the survey and competitive studies.
+ Represent IMG in global and regional forums on customer-satisfaction initiatives, as needed.

+ Bachelor degree in BBA, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing or similar. MBA is Plus
+ Minimum 5 years auto industry and related customer satisfaction experience.
+ Working in an environment with cross-functional team (CX, PD, VO, VOME, MP&L, STA, FCSD etc.) on a regional and global basis interfacing effectively with all levels of the organization
+ Good Data analysis & Problem solving and analytical skills
+ Ability to be detail oriented and highly organized.
+ Strategic and logical thinking, Self starter, communication skill, Business mindset, positive and find a way attitude, team player. Culture/Diversity appreciation. Flexible working nature.
+ Strong Written/Oral English essential.
+ Proven Global Perspective, Cultural awareness & sensitivity, Ability to manage conflicting demands, Ability to learn and adapt.
+ Skill on develop and maintain Quality Applications/Software, Automate solutions is a plus.
