Monitor the implementation of the approved Project Quality Plan (PQP) and oversee material approvals, IFC drawings, method statements, field changes, COPQ, and calibration logs.   2. Implement the Inspection Test Plan and related checklists.   3. Maintain submittal logs, including Internal and External Inspection Requests, Non-Conformance Reports, and Material Test Reports.   4. Coordinate with the project team to ensure compliance with the Inspection and Testing Plan.   5. Conduct site surveillance to ensure work aligns with approved drawings and materials, reporting any non-conformities.   6. Monitor site work instructions and attend pre-construction meetings.   7. Manage Quality Toolbox Talks and Induction sessions per the monitoring plan. Competencies and Critical Success Factors

Qualifications/Experience required

Education:

B.S. degree in Mechanical /or Electrical Engineering

Experience:

No less than 6 years of experience in the same or similar fields.

Certified ISO 9001 auditor or equivalent.

Knowledge ISO 45001 & 14001.

Thorough understanding of quality system standards and methodologies

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Language Requirements:

Arabic & English is a must, French is a plus.
