In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Ensure incoming inspection activities complying to Product Quality and safety requirement. Drive Suppliers Continuous improvement initiatives in achieving company goals. Responsibility includes: Provide supervision to the QA Inspectors and Technician. Developing and delivering training programs that teach the appropriate use of qualify tools at work. Train and deliver Fisher Quality requirement clearly to Suppliers. Align inspection / testing method requirement if necessary. Communicate internally (Fisher group) and externally (Suppliers) to resolve quality issues.. Participating in reviews of product or service design to ensure that quality requirements are identified Ensure smooth transit when changes take place in Suppliers, eg Engineering changes or firmware changes (ECM) Conduct supplier performance monitoring/tracking. Manage supplier process validation, Maintain and update Supplier Approval list Review the supplier material non-conformance dispositions and implementing supplier corrective and preventive actions. Manage MRB ECRN review and ADR management Any other responsibilities as assigned by the managementWho You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Min 5 years’ experience in QA/QC activities Good understanding on Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) Good understanding on ISO 9000 QMS Strong interpersonal skills and able to relate well with all levels of staff Knowledge of statistical tools and computer software (Microsoft offices)Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
