Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Lead and oversee Quality Assurance activities for Middle East project deliverablesDevelop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standardsConduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standardsAnalyze quality data and prepare comprehensive reports for managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issuesTrain and mentor junior QA team members on best practices and methodologiesEvaluate and improve existing QA processes to enhance efficiency and effectivenessManage relationships with external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodiesStay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements in the Middle East regionParticipate in project planning and risk assessment activitiesCoordinate with project managers to ensure quality objectives are met within timelinesInvestigate customer complaints and non-conformance issuesDevelop and maintain quality management documentationContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organizationQualificationsQualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field5+ years of industry experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a senior roleProven track record of leading QA activities for large-scale projects, preferably in the Middle East regionIn-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean)Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to the Middle EastExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organizationProficiency in quality management software and data analysis toolsDemonstrated ability to develop and implement quality assurance policies and proceduresExperience in conducting quality audits and preparing comprehensive reportsPreferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Quality Management or related fieldProfessional certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)Fluency in Arabic and EnglishExperience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environmentKnowledge of project management principles and methodologiesFamiliarity with continuous improvement techniques and lean management practicesAdditional InformationAbout AECOM
