We are looking for a Senior QA Specialist to join our team. You will lead and coordinate our quality assurance team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. Your expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and leadership will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
You will support quality testing execution and strategies definitions based on design document analysis, and manage progress.
You will partner with development, production, design, and QV team members.
You will mentor junior talent in quality assurance foundation and best practices.
You will work on quality / process improvements along with the leadership team.
You will create and execute test scenarios and identify automated & data-driven testing scope.
You will execute early risk assessment, management and resolution.
Qualifications:
5+ years' of experience in Quality Assurance supporting multiple platforms, such as Mobile, PC, Gaming Consoles.
5+ years' of experience using test tools (e.g. JIRA), testing methodology, and QA processes.
Understanding test automation principles and a proactive approach to learning and applying AI-powered testing tools, platforms, or AI-assisted test generation techniques.
Experience with AI-driven Test Insights/Solution.
An understanding of game development, interdisciplinary dependencies and associated development risks.
Experience using development tools to enhance white and gray-box testing strategies.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
