Description:
As a QA Engineer at LotusFlare, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our products through a combination of manual and automated testing. You’ll play a key role in shaping and promoting best practices across QA processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain product excellence throughout the software development lifecycle.

Review and analyze system specificationsCollaborate with developers and product managers to define testing strategiesDesign, write, and execute test plans and test casesIdentify, document, and track bugs and issuesConduct manual testing and post-release validationsDevelop and execute automated test scriptsContribute to QA documentation and test coverage reportsPromote quality assurance best practices within the teamParticipate in continuous improvement of QA tools and frameworks

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in QA, including automation testingExperience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium)Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SOAPUI)Familiarity with project and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira)Understanding of performance testing and test frameworksExperience with telecom/communications platforms is a plusSolid grasp of SDLC and QA methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in English (written and spoken)
