Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Analyst with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to lead end-to-end testing efforts across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating configuration changes, ensuring system integrity, and creating comprehensive training documentation for HR administrators and end users.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute end-to-end testing for SAP SuccessFactors modules:
- Employee Central
- Performance & Goal Management
- Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Learning
- Compensation
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand
requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, integration,
regression, and UAT testing.
Validate configuration changes and ensure alignment with business processes and
compliance standards.
Identify, document, and track defects.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with HR and business teams.
Create clear, user-friendly training documentation and job aids for HR administrators
and end users.
Provide input into test automation strategies where applicable.
Ensure testing activities are completed on time and meet quality standards

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors testing, with hands-on experience in end to-end SAP SuccessFactors Implementation.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end Hire to Retire process and SuccessFactors
configuration.
Proven experience in test planning, execution, and defect management.
Ability to analyze configuration changes and assess their impact on business processes.
Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create training materials and user
guides.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Familiarity with test automation tools is an advantage SAP SuccessFactors certification(s).
Experience in HR transformation projects.
Exposure to integration testing with SAP S/4HANA or third-party systems null
