We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer with 5–7 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python software development, with hands-on expertise in building scalable backend systems and working with agentic AI/LLM-powered applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions, while also mentoring junior developers and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.

Build modular, scalable backend systems for agentic AI services.

Orchestrate LLM-powered agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and Chainlit.

Implement agent memory, tool integrations (API calls, DB queries, etc.), and context management workflows.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

Ensure applications meet high standards of performance, quality, and responsiveness.

Provide technical leadership by mentoring and guiding junior developers.

Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, frameworks, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5–7 years of proven experience as a Python Developer.

Strong expertise in Python programming and its libraries.

Hands-on experience with generative AI, agentic AI, and LLMs.

Proficiency in object-relational mapping (ORM).

Solid understanding of scalable application design principles.

Proficient in Git and version control best practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Knowledge of agentic AI patterns, tool calling, memory management, and prompt chaining.

Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

Experience with FastAPI, RESTful APIs, and web services.

Background in mentoring and leading development teams.
