We are looking for a **Senior Python Automation Test Engineer** for our QEA Team. We have been ranked #1 for Market Impact by Everest Group four times in a row and ranked #1 for completeness of vision, test advisory and Digital Business Assurance in Gartner Magic Quadrant! **In this role, you will:** + Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automated test frameworks and scripts using Python, Pytest, and Selenium. + Lead the automation efforts for both API and UI testing, ensuring comprehensive test coverage. + Develop and execute automated tests for RESTful APIs using Python libraries (e.g., Requests). + Utilize Pyspark for data validation and transformation within Databricks and data lakes. + Ensure that API and UI automation test cover all required test scenarios. + Develop and execute test strategies for complex data environments, including large datasets, data lakes, and data warehouses. + Provide/create reporting mechanisms to facilitate daily/weekly status to QE Lead/Manager on projects under test deliverables. **What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):** + Overall 8+ years of experience with Automated Testing. + **Must have 3+ years of strong hands-on experience in Pytest, Python and Selenium** + **Must have the ability to code and read a Python programming language.** + Must have 5+ years of experience in API automation, UI automation. + Must have developed test automation frameworks. + Experience working with large datasets and complex data environments. + Experience with airflow, Databricks, Data lake, Pyspark. + Knowledge and working experience in Agile methodologies. + Experience in CI/CD/CT methodology. + Experience in Github actions. **What will help you stand out (preferred skills):** + Banking domain knowledge + Familiarity with Azure/AWS (preferred) or any cloud service(acceptable). + Familiarity testing and interacting with Data Stores (both relational and non-relational) SQL, MongoDB, Postgress + Familiarity with Virtualization and Containerization tools and concepts.
