The Senior Publishing Manager, China Entertainment will report to the Head of Entertainment Publishing.
Responsibilities:
1. Market & Product Research
You will monitor China and global casual game market trendsYou will analyze genre evolution paths and gameplay innovation trendsYou will maintain product benchmarking databases
2. Product Strategy Development
You will deconstruct core game loops and meta systems of successful titlesYou will develop product evaluation frameworks and design best practices
3. Cross-regional Coordination
You will lead agreement between global development and China publishing teamsYou will manage localization processes including cultural adaptation
4. Data-driven Decision Making
You will integrate market data, operational metrics and competitor intelligenceYou will establish product health monitoring systems
5.Executive Reporting
You will produce professional research reports and presentationsYou will present recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications:
5+ years in the game industry with full product lifecycle experienceSeep understanding on difference between western culture and eastern cultureProduct deconstruction and capabilitiesProficient in tools and methodologiesExcellent collaboration skillsNative Chinese and fluent business English
