Our Forensics team plays a crucial role in investigating and resolving complex issues related to compliance and integrity in public procurement processes. 

 

The opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Public Procurement Specialist to join our Forensics team at EY. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in public procurement, a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, and the ability to analyze complex procurement issues. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can provide strategic insights and support investigations related to procurement practices. 

 

Your key responsibilities
•Lead and manage forensic investigations related to public procurement processes.
•Analyze procurement documents, contracts, and compliance with regulations.
•Provide expert advice on public procurement policies and best practices.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate procurement risks.
•Conduct training sessions and workshops on procurement compliance and ethics.
•Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
•Stay updated on changes in public procurement laws and regulations.

To qualify for the role, you must have 
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in public procurement.
•Strong knowledge of public procurement regulations and compliance standards.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•Professional certifications in procurement or forensic analysis are a plus.


Ideally, you’ll also have
•Experience in consulting.
•Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments. 
•Analytical mindset.
